Coffee

As you might expect, the coffee throughout Ethiopia is excellent. In most places, it seems to be served heavily sugared, but in Addis, the sugar is often on the side, so you can decide for yourself.

Near Lake Tana (source of the Blue Nile), we bought some coffee beans from plants which grow wild in the area. This was delicious.
